As an Infrastructure Analyst, Platform & Cloud Services, your expertise will be leveraged to provide detailed information, advice, and direction to organizational leadership and technical teams. You possess an understanding of the organization’s mission, products and services and ensures that technical policies, guidance, and procedures are rigorous and comprehensive. You will contribute to projects and day-to-day operations of the various systems. In this role you will also provide precise communications to peers and leadership regarding work being performed, productivity, process improvements, and status of systems operations.

- Ability to support a variety of technologies, business departments and systems, and independently resolve problems and pro-actively communicate solutions
- Remain current on IT issues by acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant products and initiatives
- Research tools and processes to evaluate their usefulness to departmental and corporate needs
- Support department policies by providing technically accurate solutions to end users within the provided guidelines
- Enhance the quality and efficiency of the Technical Services team by participating in team projects and initiatives
- Ensure the delivery, availability and provide subject matter technical expertise on infrastructure in support of project initiatives
- Investigate and participate as a 3rd level SME in resolution of system problems to ensure maximum availability of the infrastructure and systems
- Review, maintain and provide ongoing improvements to the general environment for all hardware and software
- Strong theoretical knowledge and technical foundations, supported by relevant education.
- More than 10 years of hands-on experience in system administration and technical operations.
- Extensive experience with a broad range of technologies and protocols, including Windows Server, Azure/Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SMB, and Windows Failover Clustering.
- At least 5 years of experience administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), with proven expertise in operating system patching, Operating System Deployment (OSD), third-party application patching, and asset reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune, including hands-on management of Windows and Apple devices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Patch My PC with SCCM and Intune integration.
- Demonstrated expertise with enterprise IT platforms and cloud services, including but not limited to Microsoft, Citrix, CyberArk, and Varonis.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, tools, and scripting languages such as Azure DevOps, HashiCorp Terraform, and PowerShell.
Total Direct Compensation (base salary + bonus):
$97,200 - $118,800
