HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
Prepare work-load model based on critical business scenarios identified as part of non-functional requirements
Design scripts for all business scenarios which are in-scope for performance testing
Create and design the required test scenarios to conduct all types of performance tests as agreed in non-functional requirements to simulate different application behavior
Translates Non-functional requirements into Performance test cases and LoadRunner scripts
Develops and executes Load and Performance test plans and scripts utilizing LoadRunner / JMeter
Strong advanced knowledge on Performance test methodology and process
Monitor performance metrics while executing a test with anticipated load on the application to identify the bottlenecks.
Hands on knowledge on automated testing tools, architecture/frameworks, techniques, coding languages, and methodologies is a plus
Identify testing risks across projects/releases, escalate to management and provide testing solutions/processes to mitigate the risks
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams on initiatives, resolution of issues and risk mitigation strategies
Coach new colleagues and participate in knowledge transfer
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or similar discipline with 10 years of QA experience
5+ years of experience with HP LoadRunner expertise with direct scripting experience employing protocols HTTP, Web Services, AJAX, AJAX TruClient
Experience with cloud, client-server, services, web, mobile, database and SOA technologies/frameworks
Working knowledge of any Source Code control software (TFS)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, while providing excellent customer service
Proven problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, innovative and analytical with attention to details
Technical leadership / coach / mentor / provide guidance
