Reporting to the PMO Director, the PMO Analyst provides timely and effective I.T. PMO administration, resource coordination, and financial management support.

Duties include including the following:

- Setting up new PMO projects and SharePoint sites in Microsoft Project Server and handling overall Project Server administration
- Coordinating with I.T. managers to assign resources to projects
- Generating and distributing weekly PMO meeting minutes and  timesheet compliance reports
- Participating in portfolio planning and resource analysis as needed to provide resource supply and demand input to I.T. management
- Creating and delivering Project Server reports as required to support the PMO team, I.T. managers and executives
- Providing financial reports as input to support IT Alignment and IT Executive Steering Committee preparation, and other reports as required
- Supporting the IT Finance team with the creation of contractor payment schedules, monthly accrual reports, and other financial assignments as required

This is a 6-month remote contract (to start).
