Our Client, the National leader in their industry, is seeking a talented Business Relationship Manager to join their growing IT Team. This BRM acts as the “face of IT to the business,” working closely with LOB’s in order to support and manage the internal and external demands for IT solutions in line with the organizations strategic focus.

Here’s How You’ll Contribute:

Relationship Management
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with line of business partners and acts as a liaison between IT and the business partners
• Provides guidance to business partners to enable the best information technology (IT) solutions that meet the business needs
• Promotes business projects and value to the IT project teams
• Leverages a deep understanding of the business and IT to enable/accelerate business processes, initiatives, and strategies
• Participates in the development of annual business and IT strategic planning
• Contributes to the Business RFP/RFI responses and facilitates IT contribution from various IT teams

Solution Delivery
• Gathers high-level business requirements and defines scope during initial discovery by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with partners
• Leads the IT estimation and delivery
• Develops strong understanding of business products, processes and applications
• Communicates business needs with appropriate IT teams to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities
• Consults in the development of business cases requiring IT-based solutions
• Provides set of priorities to allow for successful Portfolio planning, resourcing and delivery of IT and Business projects;
• Oversees the coordination and management of IT responses and input to Contracts, SLAs, RFPs, RFIs and Security Questionnaires;
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the Business/IT Strategies
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with various IT teams

Here’s What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree required in IT or Business related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in relationship management, project management, client service environment, operations service support and/or service delivery, preferably in Financial Industry
• Superior communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients and internal cross-functional teams
• A team player who is able to provide positive customer service while being able to handle high volume of assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
